Get a little adventurous at your next church bake sale with this moist and delicious apple honey bundt cake recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
¾ cup premium quality wildflower honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all- purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
3 apples- peeled, cored, and shredded
¾ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
Grease and flour a 9-inch bundt pan and pre-heat oven
to 325 degrees F (165 C).
Stir together sugar and oil in a large bowl. Beat in eggs and stir in honey and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and allspice.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir only until moist.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, and let cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a decorative plate.
