Payment Terms & Methods:

Shipping:

Nazareth Secret products shipped via express mail. Your order will be sent out within 3-5 business days from the day of placing your order. Express mail service takes usually 5 to 10 working days.

Returns and refunds Policy:

Within 7 business days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the items to Nazareth Secret. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will return payment excluding shipping and handling costs as long as products are received back in pristine condition and in original packaging within 14 business days from date delivered. The buyer will be responsible for the cost incurred in shipping the item back.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Nazareth Secret.com. We will not accept items returned after 14 business days.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we receive and processe the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5to 10 business days of our receiving your return.

Import duties sand taxes
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Bad Addresses:
Please double-check your address information and be sure to include suite and apartment numbers where necessary. You will be responsible for additional charges incurred by rerouted or returned packages.
